The Full Story
Warm Hands began as a shared dream—a place where care is felt as deeply in the soul as it is in the body. Rooted in our cultural heritage and guided by a lifelong devotion to healing, we envisioned a sanctuary where people could slow down, release the weight they carry, and remember their own wholeness.
Our paths to this work were shaped by intuition, lived experience, and a reverence for the wisdom passed down through generations. Over the years, we’ve seen how presence, compassionate touch, and intentional space can help untangle stress, restore balance, and open the door to profound renewal.
Warm Hands is the expression of that vision: a space where the air itself feels gentle, where language is no barrier, and where every person—no matter their story—can arrive exactly as they are and be met with warmth. Here, healing is not rushed or forced; it is invited, honored, and allowed to unfold in its own time.

Sasha
Born and raised in Russia, Alexander has always felt a deep calling toward the healing arts—a quiet pull to help others find peace, balance, and renewal. That path led him to study and master Reiki, discovering in its gentle energy a powerful way to restore harmony within both body and spirit. Over time, he expanded his practice to include bodywork, blending the intuitive flow of energy healing with the grounding support of therapeutic touch. As a certified yoga teacher, Alexander also weaves mindful movement and breath into his sessions, creating a space where clients can deeply relax, release, and reconnect. He offers care in both English and Russian, welcoming all who seek rest, healing, and alignment.

Olena
Born in Ukraine, Alena has always been attuned to the unseen—sensing the subtle currents of energy that shape our wellbeing. From a young age, she felt drawn to help others release what weighs them down and step into greater ease. Her journey led her to explore intuitive healing and energy work, developing a deeply compassionate, heart-centered approach. To enrich her understanding of the body-mind connection, she completed yoga teacher training, not to teach, but to deepen her own practice and enhance the care she offers. In her sessions, Alena holds a gentle, nurturing space where clients can feel safe to relax, restore balance, and reconnect with their own vitality. She offers sessions in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, ensuring each person feels truly seen and understood.
